If you have decided to commission me, please read this journal before doing so. 

By asking for a commission you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.

Your commission will be shown in stages. If your commission is traditional, you may make changes during the sketching stage. If you want changes after I have finished the lineart this is not possible with traditional works and therefore I can either continue working on it or you can receive a partial refund. You may ask for a full refund during the sketch stage if I feel that this is reasonable. 

If your commission is digital you may make changes during the sketch, lineart and/or colouring although I may charge more for changes after the lineart has been started. You may ask for a full refund during the sketch stage and a partial refund in the lineart or colouring stage if I feel that this is reasonable. 

If you ask for a large, unreasonable amount of changes (E.g. 10+) I will simply cancel your commission and refund you. If these changes are major, you will only receive a partial refund.

If you are rude or rush me then I will cancel your commission and refund you. 

I have every right to refuse your commission if I do not want to work on it or if I feel that I simply can't. Some reasons I may refuse your commission include: The character has no artwork, the character is too complicated or if the character is stolen.

Due to being scammed in the past I will not work without being paid first. This can be done through PayPal or a bank transfer.

I do not ship my works. The only exception to this is traditional badges which I am willing to ship within the UK. If they are done traditionally I will scan them into my computer, upload them to my DeviantArt Stash and send you a link. This is the same for digital works.
